Our story began with a dream. Our story began with a dream. Elaine Pinder, the founder of Bamboo Shack, wanted to make the best chicken recipe in the world and transform the fast-food industry in the Bahamas. She started small, with a 20'x 20' building on Nassau Street and just two employees. But her dream quickly caught on, and Bamboo Shack soon became a household name in the Bahamas.
