Founded by mother and son duo Hattie Biggs and Doe Henderson, Fry Dayz was born from a desire to honor the life and memory of their beloved daughter and sister, Dashaynee Williams, who tragically passed away in June 2018. Following Dashaynee’s unexpected passing, Hattie retired from the Wynn Hotel, seeking solace and reflection. However, a year into her retirement, she felt the need to reoccupy herself and reconnect with her passion for people and hospitality.
