Role Overview
triBBBal LLC is seeking an experienced, visionary business leader to serve as Managing Director for Nigeria and West Africa. This individual will be responsible for establishing, scaling, and leading triBBBal’s regional operations, partnerships, and revenue strategy across Nigeria and the broader West African market.
This role is not administrative—it is entrepreneurial, strategic, and transformational.
The ideal candidate understands Nigeria’s economic, regulatory, cultural, and digital landscape and is excited about leveraging AI, data, and emerging technologies to build sustainable, community-centered digital ecosystems.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Lead triBBBal’s Nigeria & West Africa expansion strategy, aligned with global company goals.
Translate triBBBal’s mission—economic empowerment, data ownership, and cultural unity—into localized execution.
Serve as the primary executive representative of triBBBal in Nigeria and the region.
Business Development & Partnerships
Identify and secure strategic partnerships with:
Telecoms, fintechs, creators, media houses
Government agencies and regulatory bodies
Universities, innovation hubs, accelerators
Artists, filmmakers, entrepreneurs, and SMEs
Drive adoption of triBBBal’s core offerings:
Virtual Art Gallery & Marketplace
Streaming & content monetization
Advertising, events, and future fintech services
Technology, AI & Innovation
Champion the use of AI, machine learning, and data analytics to:
Optimize user acquisition and engagement
Improve monetization for creators and artisans
Enhance operational efficiency and decision-making
Collaborate with global teams to ensure regional needs inform platform development.
Market & Regulatory Intelligence
Navigate Nigeria’s business, financial, and regulatory environment with confidence.
Ensure compliance with local laws, digital regulations, and data governance frameworks.
Provide ongoing insights into market trends, risks, and opportunities.
Revenue Growth & Operations
Own regional P&L performance, growth targets, and KPIs.
Build and manage local teams, vendors, and consultants.
Oversee go-to-market strategies, pricing localization, and partnerships.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree required in:
Business Administration
Economics
Finance
Management
Technology or related field
MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
Experience
2–7+ years of senior leadership experience in:
Technology
Media
Digital platforms
Telecommunications
Fintech or consumer internet businesses
Proven success operating within Nigeria (deep local understanding required).
Experience scaling businesses or leading market expansion in West Africa.
