While attending culinary school Marc (The Meat Eater) worked several jobs in the food industry. After earning his degree in Culinary Arts, he worked for over 20 years in the culinary industry.

In 2017 Marc decided to focus completely on his vision of launching a quick service restaurant.

After five (5) successful years, Marc decided to pivot from a "brick and mortar" restaurant to an online and mobile culinary experience.

Rita (The Vegan) works alongside Marc. Rita has an amazing knack for creating uniquely flavored sauces. With the introduction of liquor infused wing sauces (don't worry they're zero proof) known as "Wasted Wing Sauce", she's known as the Sauce'tender.
