We’re a fried chicken restaurant. But it’s not just about the chicken.
Just because we have a drive-thru don’t mean diddly-squat. We’re not your typical fast-food restaurant and we certainly don’t want to be. There’s no frozen chicken, factory food, French fries or a 99-cent, super-duper value menu. We do things differently because we think people deserve to eat well. We’re a fried chicken restaurant. We make everything in-house from scratch. We use family recipes and quality ingredients – many of them sourced from other small, family-run businesses – to make some of Virginia’s classic fried chicken and the sides you’d eat alongside it. Read More
