M&M BBQ was originally founded by Marion and Maurice Hill in 1982, and is now operated by their grandson, Geo Lambert, who took over the business ten years ago. Originally a food truck called M&M Ribs, Geo ran M&M BBQ as a catering and pop-up operation in recent years, gaining acclaim and recognition for their juicy, fall-off-the-bone ribs.
