Hello my name is Lisa Salinas and I am the Founder and Owner of Mia's Kitchen. Founded in 2020, Mia's Kitchen is revolutionizing the way people eat and enjoy food. We use the recipes of my mother Euphemia, who was fondly known as Mia. She taught me and my siblings the recipes she perfected from a young age on the island when she ran a successful food cantina. Now I am sharing those dishes with the Manhattan Beach residents and all who travel to try it. All of our food is locally sourced and made from fresh from scratch daily in my kitchen.
