Our Southington location opened in the winter of 2014, in the little town of Plantsville, as Southington's first Gastropub. Since then, Hop Haus has expanded into a multi-location craft eatery focusing on locally sourced food, craft beer and hand-crafted cocktails. Over the years, Hop Haus has become a staple in their towns supporting local charities & public events.
