Chapter IV Restaurant and Bar features breakfast, brunch and lunch service in downtown New Orleans. Opened in 2023, by Chef Dook Chase and his wife, Gretchen, Chapter IV features a modern take on classic Creole dishes passed down from Chef Dook's grandmother, the late Chef Leah Chase.

Chapter IV is named after Dook the fourth generation of his family, and this is the fourth restaurant under his operation. Chef Dook trained for a lifetime under his grandmother, but he was also classically trained at Le Cordon Bleu Paris.
