The dynamic Father and Son Team (Keishon and Ralph Warren) along with Co-Owner Ali Coutard used their life savings to personally design and construct a comfortable environment with reclaimed wood and materials sourced from various parts of Brooklyn including the Coney Island board walk, old water tanks, and demolished buildings in neighboring Bedstuy.

Brooklyn Blend’s Head Chef, Ed Cooper offers a wide array of custom menu items adding a little Caribbean flare to compliment his Trinidadian Roots!
