Hi Aunty, I think I can answer that... "blog" and "articles" have similar functions and post like one pagers.

For the blog creation. "My pages" might bode well for your purpose....With pages, it is like creating your own website and you write post after post after post on a daily or weekly basis or whatever you please and share.
