This piece is a 4”4ft wall art centered on the story of Jesus Christ and Peter in the Bible. Using oil paint, this piece captures Peter sinking while Jesus reaches out to him with his hands stretched. The boat with the remaining 11disciples is also visible. All on the turbulent sea. This story is one that shows the power of Christ walking on water. Peter also walked but he started sinking. It is pertinent to note that whatever we are going through in life, God is always there to help us and to also send helpers our way. Irrespective of the onlookers, help is on the way.

As a multimedia artist, my works seeks to explore the profound beauty that exists within the human experience. More so diving into past experiences that are undertones to our survival which have become part of our existence. I seek to capture all these as treasures of reality through portraiture and figurative paintings. Each piece to express the diverse narratives that defines us and also around us. In my art, through proficient use of light, shadow and colour, reveal the emotions and stories of those I portray.
